Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and psychiatric oversight across multiple outpatient mental health clinics, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include supervising prescribers, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and collaborating with executive leadership on program development and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an M.D. from an accredited medical school, an active New York State physician license, and current DEA registration. A minimum of 3 years of psychiatric clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, is required, with board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry preferred.
