- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults through geriatric house calls in their communities. Focus on driving rewarding patient outcomes and implementing clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Current CPR certification and basic computer literacy are also required.
