Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director will provide high-quality emergency medical care while overseeing departmental operations and clinician orientation. Responsibilities include attending departmental meetings, managing quarterly goal progress, and providing leadership support within the emergency department.
Requirements
Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine with relevant emergency medicine experience. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage clinical staff and ensure adherence to hospital quality standards.
