Key Responsibilities
The clinician is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and implementing the mental health program at the correctional facility in accordance with NCCHC standards. Primary duties include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and serving as a liaison between the medical unit and facility staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid New York state license as an LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW. A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human service field is required.
