Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker will triage referrals from law enforcement, conduct clinical assessments, and provide in-person crisis intervention and de-escalation. They will also monitor service utilization and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
A Master's degree and a clinical license (LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT) are required, along with at least 6 months of experience in a behavioral health setting. Candidates must also possess a valid NYS driver's license and proficiency in computer skills.
