Join RPCI Oncology PC as a Social Worker (LCSW) – Survivorship Program, M-F in Town of Amherst, New York. Roswell Park Care Network has an incredible opportunity for a licensed Social Worker to work in person as part of our Northtowns/Breast Care locations serving our patients and expanding our Survivorship Program. Remote work will be done as needed.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker provides strength-based psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and clinical psychotherapy to cancer patients and their caregivers. They also serve as a patient navigator to ensure continuous quality care and facilitate access to necessary community and clinical resources.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and possess a New York State LCSW license. A minimum of one year of full-time experience in medical social work, specifically including bereavement counseling or cancer center experience, is required.
