Key Responsibilities

The clinician is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and implementing mental health programs within a correctional facility. Primary duties include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and serving as a liaison between the medical unit and facility staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid New York state license as an LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW and possess at least a Master's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and familiarity with substance abuse treatment are preferred.
