About UT Health- Pittsburg Emergency Department
* Annual patient volume of 16,000
* 10-bed ED
* EMR: EPIC
* CLEO dictation for efficient, accurate clinical documentation, reducing
administrative responsibility and supporting real-time patient care
* 24 hours of physician coverage; offering 12- and 24-hour shifts
Position Requirements
* Board prepared or board certified in emergency medicine through American
Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), American Osteopathic Board of Emergency
Medicine (AOBEM)
* Will also consider those boarded in the American Board of Internal Medicine
- (ABIM), American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM), American
- Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), or American Osteopathic Board of Family
- Medicine (AOBFM) with EM experience
* Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
* Texas medical license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients at the UT Health Pittsburg emergency department. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC and CLEO systems while working 12- or 24-hour shifts.
Requirements
Must be board prepared or certified in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine with relevant experience. Requires current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications along with a Texas medical license.
