Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced nursing care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, managing both independent clinics and walk-in coverage. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to evaluate and treat patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal recovery.
Requirements
Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and current licensure as an RN and NP. National board certification in Acute Care (AGACNP-BC or ACNPC-AG) is required, with a DEA permit to prescribe controlled substances.
