Per Diem Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW)

Key Responsibilities

The social worker is responsible for completing psychosocial assessments, developing initial treatment plans, and providing individual and family interventions for assigned patients. They must also coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and facilitate discharge planning to ensure appropriate service levels.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or an equivalent field and be licensed or license-eligible as an LICSW or LCSW. Inpatient field placement experience is preferred, along with knowledge of mental illness, trauma-informed care, and substance use disorders.
