Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse Patient Navigator provides comprehensive care coordination and assists patients and families in overcoming barriers to quality medical and psychosocial care. They collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate timely screening, diagnosis, and treatment throughout the patient's oncology experience.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field and hold a current RN license in the state of practice. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and BLS certification are required for this role.
