Key Responsibilities
The RN Navigator provides individualized care and support to oncology patients, coordinating their treatment plans across a multi-disciplinary team. They facilitate patient education, assist with survivorship planning, and guide patients through the healthcare continuum.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and possess at least 2 years of nursing experience, including previous ambulatory coordination. A valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required.
