At Powell Dental Group, we're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. We believe dentistry should be positive, patient-focused, and maybe even a little fun.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Taking diagnostic radiographs
• Educating patients on oral health (and convincing them flossing really does matter)
• Building relationships with patients who actually look forward to seeing you
• Accurately charting and documenting treatment
• Working alongside an amazing team that supports each other
• Helping anxious patients feel comfortable and cared fo

What We're Looking For

• Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Attention to detail and strong clinical skills
• Someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience
• Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but we can teach the software

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation or Bachelor’s Degree
• Current Dental Hygienist licensure
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
• Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
