Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

Laugh & Learn Therapy is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This is a flexible hybrid position that combines in-clinic responsibilities with the opportunity to work remotely when appropriate, based on client, caseload, and supervision needs.

Position Responsibilities

The BCBA Will

• Conduct and oversee assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case oversight in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, training staff, and other members of the clinical team.
• Participate in treatment planning, clinical meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration as needed.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with the BACB Ethics Code.

Ensure services are provided in accordance with applicable payer, authorization, and documentation requirements.

Flexible Hybrid Work Model

We recognize that not every aspect of a BCBA's role needs to happen within the clinic. Our hybrid model is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that client care, clinical supervision, and staff support remain the priority.

There is no predetermined number of required in-clinic versus remote days. Instead, the BCBA's schedule may flex based on the needs of their clients, caseload, supervision responsibilities, and clinical team.

BCBAs are expected to be onsite when their physical presence is clinically appropriate or necessary for client observation, direct supervision, staff training and support, assessments, caregiver collaboration, and other clinical responsibilities.

When onsite presence is not necessary, appropriate responsibilities may be completed remotely, including treatment planning, data analysis, documentation, report writing, program development, and other duties suitable for remote completion.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Meets all applicable Michigan requirements for providing behavior-analytic services.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to fulfill required in-person responsibilities.
