Job description
Work Schedule
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position, scheduled Monday through Friday. 4/8/10
hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. Hours may vary based on the
operational needs of the department.
Pay
* This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on
FTE).

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to split their time between
collaborative care and inpatient psychiatry. Responsibilities are as follows:
* Primary/Collaborative care
* Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
* Work as a team with the primary care staff and team psychiatrist helping
deliver brief interventions for adult patients, in Primary Care.
* Provide short, but intense follow-up.
* Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.
* Inpatient Psychiatry
* Evaluate patients with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
* Collaborate with the patient and multi-disciplinary team on individualized
treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
* Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and
psychologists in group therapy program development.
* Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities
and methods consistent with evidence-based practice with a focus on crisis
stabilization.

Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family
Therapy, or other behavioral health related field Required
Work Experience
* 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of
behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Required
* 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of
behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
* Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
* Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required and
* Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred or
* Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred
