Physical Therapist Opportunity at Anew Home Health
Full Time and PRN Hours Available
Position will cover the south side of Indianapolis and the surrounding area.

The Physical Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, quality physical
therapy services for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of
physical therapy and within agency policies and procedures. Evaluates clients,
develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans,
contributes to case management and provides quality patient care. Adheres to
applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy and refers/supervises
patients for treatment to physical therapist assistant (PTA).

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides quality care within their homes. They also contribute to case management and supervise physical therapist assistants to ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
Requirements
The candidate must be a qualified Physical Therapist capable of working independently to provide home health services. They are expected to adhere to state regulations and agency procedures while delivering compassionate care to patients.
