As a Social Worker-CCS, you will provide essential social work services to patients and their families, addressing the emotional, social, and practical challenges they face. What You Will Do

Provide social work services to patients and their families, addressing their emotional, social, and practical needs.

Assess and intervene in situations involving illness, handicaps, death, and loss to improve patient care and staff effectiveness.

Utilize knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, etiology, and disease processes to support the client population.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the holistic needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications
• Masters of Social Work degree.
• Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Michigan.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACSW certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
