Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for the delivery of quality health care services within the Senior CommUnity Care program. They are responsible for developing medical policies, managing quality improvement plans, and supervising internal providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree with current state licensure and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. A minimum of three years in a lead administrative role and one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations is required.
