Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Foot Care to residents in long-term care facilities
- Continuously monitor and assess patients’ foot health
- Educate patients and facility staff on effective foot care best practices
- Travel to designated nursing homes in your area
Communicate regularly with key facility staff, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Maintain flexibility while seeing patients during weekday working hours
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foot care
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of foot conditions
- Independent, organized, and motivated to provide exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
