Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will assess, diagnose, and treat patients while developing comprehensive care plans within a multidisciplinary team. They will also provide health education to patients and families and perform necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to approved protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice and hold relevant certifications such as NCCPA or Board of Nursing credentials. Experience or certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred, along with the ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
