Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will conduct patient examinations, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and manage patient care in collaboration with attending physicians. They are also responsible for ordering laboratory studies, documenting patient progress, and participating in the education of physician assistant students.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or an accredited Physician Assistant program, along with current North Carolina licensure and national certification. At least one year of cardiology experience is strongly preferred, and proficiency in ACLS and BLS is required.
