Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language skills.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting. Caseloads that feature in school, in clinic and in home cases.
