Key Responsibilities
- provide consistent support and education to individuals in the program.
Requirements
- Participates in updating the individual plan to reflect current situation and support needs. Provides education to individuals regarding their human rights and ensures rights are respected.
- Provides assistance, education, and modeling behaviors for supporting community and social opportunities, and promotes communication/visits with friends, family members, other providers, etc.
- Attends all required staff meetings and opportunities for ongoing education and training. Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
