Key Responsibilities

The Pediatrician/Medical Director provides comprehensive outpatient pediatric care while serving as the clinical leader for medical services. This role involves direct patient care, clinical guidance, quality oversight, and the development of pediatric programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, have completed an accredited pediatric residency, and possess a current, unrestricted medical license. Additionally, the role requires 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within an FQHC or ambulatory care setting.
