- Shift differentials: $1.50/hr overnight, $0.75/hr weekend, $0.75/hr evening
- Night or evening shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Specialist provides crisis intervention, monitors mental and physical health, and assists with medication administration for individuals in a 24/7 treatment facility. They also coach individuals on personal care and coping skills while coordinating care and transporting clients to appointments.
Requirements
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a human services field. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is preferred.
