What You'll Do
- Lead all nursing operations within the facility
- Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and staff
- Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Partner with the Administrator to achieve clinical and operational goals

What You'll Need
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
- Long-term care experience preferred, with three years ideal
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing will lead all nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care. They are responsible for mentoring staff, managing departmental performance, and partnering with the Administrator to achieve clinical goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in long-term care is preferred, with a BSN degree also being a preferred qualification.
