Key Responsibilities

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner assesses patients, develops care plans, and performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established standards. They also serve as a clinical expert, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and assist in the training and development of staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master of Science degree or equivalent and maintain a current Ohio Advanced License as an APRN or PA. National certification in the appropriate population foci is also required.
