Job Description
Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado, one of 26 clinics in an independent private practice in the Colorado Springs area.

Compensation Range: $120,000-$140,000 +
The posted compensation range reflects an estimate of total cash compensation for a full-time employment commitment (1.0 FTE: 35 Patient Facing Hours, 5 Clinical Admin Hours per week). Colorado Physician Partners offers a base salary and variable incentive bonus dependent on a combination of personal productivity and quality measures.
Benefits: Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off (PTO); and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients within an independent practice setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver value-based, compassionate healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
The candidate must be a licensed Physician Assistant capable of managing patient care in a clinical environment. The role requires a commitment to 35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical administrative hours per week.
