We are currently seeking a Full-time Regional Director of Nursing to support our team in Hagerstown, Maryland. The Regional Director of Nursing (incarcerated) is responsible for directing the full nursing team in their roles as senior members of multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop, implement, evaluate, and supervise all nursing services and associated administrative and operational activities. This person will communicate with team members individually, at team meetings and with written documentation and ensure that patient care orders are followed correctly and in compliance with federal, state, Centurion and facility rules, policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and statutes.
