Join Centurion Health as a Director of Nursing (DON) | Washington State Prison | $103K+ | Day shift (80923) in Davisboro, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
- The Director of Nursing will be responsible for: Providing leadership and oversight for nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical support team members.
- Ensuring nursing services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, facility procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Supporting daily clinical operations, staffing needs, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Partnering with site leadership, the HSA, medical providers, and regional leadership to address clinical and operational concerns.

Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or a compact state and a current CPR/BLS certification. Prior nursing leadership experience and a bachelor's degree are required to manage complex clinical operations in a secure environment.
