Join Amedisys, Inc. as a Hospice RN Case Manager – No Weekends, Bilingual in Hialeah, Florida, United States. RN Field Case Manager – Hospice (South Miami-Dade County) Amedisys Hospice Care This position is based in Hialeah, FL and requires daily travel throughout South Miami-Dade County, beginning at Flagler Rd and traveling South from there.

Candidates must hold a current RN license in the state of Florida and possess at least one year of clinical experience in an acute healthcare setting. Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with current CPR certification.
