FELIHEAL HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and elevate our clinical operations in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations and home healthcare staff
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, aides, and clinical team members
• Conduct patient assessments and ensure individualized care plans are developed and followed
• Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards for home health agencies
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Manage clinical documentation, reporting, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Prior experience in home healthcare, hospice, or community health preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and home health compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with clinical documentation systems and electronic health records (EHR)
• BSN required; MSN or advanced degree preferred
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care
