Key Responsibilities
The Program Supervisor oversees client treatment plans from initial assessment through care delivery while providing clinical leadership and supervision to Behavior Technicians. They also collaborate with families, schools, and colleagues to implement best-practice interventions and monitor progress through data analysis.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in ABA or a related field and hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Applicants are required to reside in the East Coast or Central Time Zone and demonstrate proficiency in telehealth technology and ABA treatment practices.
