Creative Health Solutions is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living in Ocala, FL.

Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
