This position offers weekends off. Work with H2 Health in Alexandria, Kentucky.
Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function. Monitor patient progress, educate patients on home exercise programs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires an associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and a current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
