About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- will participate in specialized activities to enhance patients’ well-being and treatment.
- Must demonstrate basic knowledge of trauma informed care as well as psychiatric disorders Ability to represent all disciplines of PST in treatment team meetings by making recommendations for treatment goals and interventions and reporting on patient progress in department programs Ability to deal competently with conflict and volatile individuals and situations discussing sensitive emotional topics in a supportive, non-threatening manner Ability to speak and write clearly with patients and staff Conditional Requirement: Ability to successfully complete all required initial one-time trainings and hospital/clinical orientations.

- Salary range: $52,000 to $58,000 annually.
