Role Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Colorado Springs clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Position Details

  • Shift: Part-Time, In-Person
  • Location: 4565 Hilton Pkwy #101, Colorado Springs, CO 80907
  • Schedule: 2 x 10 hour shifts
  • Clinic hours: Wednesday, Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Pay Range: $50,000 – $104,000 per year plus $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
  • Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid DORA license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
  • Completed PRAXIS
  • Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses
  • Availability to work after school hours
  • 1+ years of experience as an SLP

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid DORA license, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and have completed the PRAXIS exam.
