Key Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Psychiatric Services provides clinical leadership and oversight for the psychiatric nurse practitioner workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The role also maintains a direct patient care component and serves as a technology champion within the virtual-first care model.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified PMHNPs with an unrestricted Florida license and at least 5 years of experience in psychiatric care for complex patients. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an outpatient setting is required, along with strong leadership and change management skills.
