Position Summary

Orlando Health is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join our Ambulatory Anesthesiology team supporting our multispecialty ambulatory surgery centers. Essential Functions

Serve as a collaborative member of the anesthesiology department, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals

• Partner closely with surgeons and administration
• Evaluate and formulate the anesthetic plan for patients undergoing surgical and/or diagnostic care
• Provide supervision/medical direction of certified anesthetists delivering anesthesia

Personally administer anesthesia intraoperatively, with continuous monitoring of vital signs and titration of anesthesia as needed

Schedule: Monday – Friday only — no call, nights, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications

M. D. or D. O. with completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Anesthesiology Residency program

• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Must hold, or be able to obtain, an active Florida medical license prior to start
• Not a J-1 sponsored position
• Private practice and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) experience preferred
