- Short Description
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs
Experience Required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required

Key Responsibilities
Review routine, urgent, and investigational medication orders and dosages for completeness, safety, and efficacy before dispensing to patients. Maintain drug information and support investigational, educational, cost-containment, and clinical programs.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Candidates must have hospital pharmacy or clinically relevant experience, or be graduates of a Doctor of Pharmacy program, and hold or be eligible for a New Jersey pharmacy license.
