Key Responsibilities

The psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health and substance use disorders, and provide ongoing medication management. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and possess an unrestricted license to practice in New York State. Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry is preferred, along with knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based care approaches.
