Partner with the treatment team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs
Complete evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation that meets state and CARF standards
Track and contribute to measurable outcomes — retention, attendance, program completion, and treatment goal achievement
Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis
Bring your experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care into daily practice
Represent Kolmac/CCG with professionalism and positive energy, in and out of session
Direct patient care makes up roughly 55% of the role, depending on program needs.
What You Bring

Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
Comfort working in an electronic medical record system
Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more
