Job Description Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for occupational therapy services. Any direct patient care provided will be performed as defined by the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.

Position Qualifications

Graduate of an occupational therapy program with either a Baccalaureate or Master's Degree accredited by the American Occupational Therapy

  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of employment.
  • Two years of clinical experience as an occupational
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization

Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.

Access to reliable transportation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Baccalaureate or Master's degree in occupational therapy and possess a current, unencumbered state license. Two years of clinical experience and valid CPR certification are required.
