Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA or BCaBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and the ability to pass a background check are required.
