The BCBA will conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for providing direct therapy, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a BCBA or BCaBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and the ability to pass a background check are required.
