• Competitive Salary: Earn between $78,000 - $90,000, reflecting your skills and experience.

Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center for which they are hired, along with six (6) weeks of ongoing training.

• Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.

RBT training provides more interaction and collaboration, including an RBT Buddy who checks in with new hires and provides ongoing support throughout their training.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
