Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians. They will also collaborate with families and service providers to ensure coordinated treatment and monitor client progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis and a current BCBA license through the BACB. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities is required.
