Requirements
Nursing home experience strongly preferred Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL DEA license Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities: Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care Provide full-scope primary care to residents Compensation & Benefits: Full benefits package Highly competitive salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually
