Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate telephonic clinical support and medical direction to residents in senior living facilities during after-hours periods. Coordinate care between facilities and providers while performing comprehensive assessments and documenting encounters in the EMR.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience and an unrestricted license in Iowa. Candidates must hold national certification as an ANP, FNP, or GNP and be capable of managing high call volumes in a virtual environment.
