Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of support for residents and facility staff after-hours by providing clinical direction and medical care over the phone. Perform comprehensive assessments, document encounters in the EMR, and coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience and an unrestricted NP license in Iowa. Candidates must possess national certification as an ANP, FNP, or GNP and be comfortable managing high call volumes in a virtual environment.
